At Ontrachten, we know how exciting it is to wait for your order — so we do our best to get it packed, shipped, and on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Once you place an order, our team gets to work processing and dispatching it within 1–3 business days.

  • We process orders Monday through Friday.
  • Orders placed over the weekend are picked up and dispatched the following Monday.
  • As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your package the whole way.

Please keep in mind that business days don't include weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping Delivery in 5–7 business days.

International Shipping

We ship to customers around the world through reliable international shipping partners.

Standard International Shipping Delivery in 6–8 business days.

Keep in mind that these timeframes are estimates. Occasionally, deliveries may take a bit longer due to customs checks, weather, or delays on the carrier's end that are out of our control.

Free Shipping

Orders over $299 USD ship for free with our standard shipping option — this applies whether you're ordering domestically or internationally.

Our Shipping Partners

We work with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS to get your order to you. The carrier used for your shipment depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Every order comes with tracking included. Once your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can keep an eye on it right up until it arrives at your door.

Wrong or Missing Items

We take a lot of care packing every order, but mistakes can happen. If something's missing or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving your order. Once we've confirmed the issue, we'll send out the correct item or the missing piece at no extra cost to you.
